Our restaurant is run by our multi-starred talented young chef, Florian Grundeler, and has large sliding doors opening onto the terrace and gardens. Enjoy a voyage of discovery, with culinary delights made from locally-sourced produce from our beautiful region.

Supervised by our maître d’hôtel Ludovic, who is well-known for his cheerfulness, our waiting staff will look after your every need.
